Scan & Store is licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for private, non-commercial document organization on supported Apple devices.

• You may use the app to scan, organize, retrieve, edit, and export your own documents.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the app except where mandatory law allows it.
• You may not use the app for unlawful content or rights-infringing activity.

You remain responsible for documents, exports, cloud provider connections, and device security settings you choose. Optional cloud sync uses your configured provider and is subject to that provider's terms.

Paid plans unlock full archive workflow capabilities. If no paid plan is active, existing locally stored documents remain viewable and exportable in the installed version as described on the public pricing page.

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this contract type. We may provide updates, fixes, or compatibility changes over time.

This license ends if you materially breach these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and remove the app. For legal or licensing questions, contact the provider listed in the legal notice.
